What started out as a goal to create one of Kentucky's premier building companies, has ended up becoming something so much more for our family and our customers...

We began our journey as a small framing company, catering to the builders of central Kentucky. Working hard with our team of skilled professionals to build the bones of many homes throughout the area. What we knew about building we then set out to build quality custom homes for ourselves and our clients.

Fast forward to 2023 and we found that our passion for detail and in working with our clients throughout the design process is exactly where we wanted to be and Custom Plans by Design was born.
With our in depth experience and knowledge of in the field construction from the ground up, we are able to give our clients the inside scoop when it comes to planning their project from the very beginning.
Each of our plans is drafted with the quality and detailed information we always looked for as a builder but always struggled to find.

With 10 years of experience in the field of construction Magno brings expertiese and attention to detail to each and every project.
As our construction specialist and chief in design development, he works closely with each client not only helping defining their ideas, but also providing professional insight to the construction process which can save valuable time and money during the construction process.

As our company's Administrative Executive, Daniele works hard to manage all of our day to day company processes and systems.
With a background in business management and customer service she's usually behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly.
Having worked in the construction industry for the past 10 years her attention to detail, familiarity with construction processes and project management help lend proficency and professionalism to our team and organization.

Specializing in custom blueprint projects, we take our client's ideas and turn them into full scale construction blueprints and 3D renderings.
Wether it's sketches on napkins, images online, or even just an idea of how big you want it to be. All we need is your ideas to get started!
Many of our clients have reached out with elaborate custom home designs while others are simply looking for updates on existing plans, or even renovation blueprints.
